The next Church Council Meeting is August 26, 2010 at 7pm in the sancturary. It is the last meeting before the Church Conference in September. We will try to maintain the high standard exemplified by the Youth Council at our last meeting. Great job Ben Hill youth!

Ben Hill Chapter #5272 of AARP Inc. - Cascade House "Year Round Wish List" BHC of AARP Inc. will collect items on Sunday Sept. 5th (in the Fellowship Hall), after the 7:45 and 9:45 a.m. services for the Cascade House "Year Round Wish List". The Cascade House is a safe haven i.e., homeless shelter for women and children, both boys and girls. We are collecting cleaning supplies, shelter supplies, clothing needs, and transportation needs. For a comprehensive list, please see the bulletin board. Volunteers are needed for collection, inventory and delivery of donated items to the Cascade House. FOOD BANK VOLUNTEERS NEEDED...Male volunteers are needed in the Ben Hill Food Bank to assist with shopping and shelf restocking weekly. We travel to the Atlanta Community Food Bank on Wednesday or Thursday at 11:30 a.m. A Valid Georgia Driver's License and two to four hour commitment is required. The Food Bank also needs volunteers on Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Please contact the Church Office, if you are available to serve in this ministry.
COMMUNICATIONS MINISTRY is seeking volunteers for TV production, Audio Mixing and CD Ministry Product Sales. No previous experience is required. Persons interested should come to the Communications Ministry office (Room 107) directly after service and see Drexel Mitchell, Jeff Green or Don Whitley.
